It's about meeting friends in the real world
Too much to read? sleeq in 3 Steps >>sleeq started 2006 as a friendship management tool. Using the web or your cell phone, you can easily tell sleeq where you’re currently at. Your friends can access your status anytime and decide if they want to join you. With your personal calendar you can schedule appointments and events with your friends and you can use the sharing functionality to make sure that you are always up to date while planning all the fun. In other words, sleeq is all about meeting friends in the real world.
But there is more to it. We soon noticed that the possibility to instantly pass information to sleeq offers much more possibilities than just telling where you are. You could tell your friends what’s going on at the location you're currently at or, even better, send a photo. Or why not share this information with everyone and be a real time guide for the hottest locations in town – you might make some new friends!
So we started to work on sleeq Reloaded. Being a small but fine team of friends, freelancers and partners, it took us a little longer than originally planned, but now we can proudly present to you what we think is an ideal solution to support social activities in the real world:
A mobile social network with focus on meeting new and old friends in the real world and sharing information about what’s happening at your favourite locations right now.
Currently we are working on an API and widgets so that you can access sleeq from other social networks, like Facebook. Any suggestions and help are welcome.
